Riad SACR has a real history, it was built in 1800 and was purchased by the family in 1925. Several generations have lived.It is located in the heart of the Medina of Marrakesh, in a derb nicknamed Fashion derb (see Nouvel Observateur edition March 2006), quiet and five minutes walk from the souks of Marrakech and the Place Jemaa Elfna.

Riad SACR has recently been restored, it has been transformed into House of Hosts in 2006 maintaining its traditional side with the Moroccan craftsmen.This Riad has four guestrooms, a Moroccan living room, a patio and a large terrace. It can accommodate 15 people at most by offering quality lodging.

The life of Riad organized around a courtyard with a fountain and a spacious lounge. At the top, a nice sunny terrace with flowers and offer you an amazing view on the medina of Marrakesh .

The hostess places, Khanssa, welcomes you with a glass of mint tea, it will make you discover the flavors of the kitchen and the Moroccan pastry.

Riad SACR is ranked second category, authorized by the state. A room B & B (for 2 to 3 people) is from 40 euros.

Riad has 4 bedrooms with original decoration are available: 3 doubles and a room with 2 single beds (each with bathroom and toilet). Each room offers the possibility of an extra bed for a child.
